Warren Dean Briggs, 47, of Wake Forest passed away shortly after midnight on April 4, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his wife, Kerri, and his children Anthony, Ian and Emmeline. Also surviving are his brother Wade Briggs (Jennifer) sister Eileen Briggs, sister in law Virginia Melton (Mark) brother in law Alfred Bianchi (Karen) nephews Colby Briggs, Carlo Bianchi and Domenic Bianchi and nieces Ashley Briggs and Morgan Briggs. Also surviving are his father Kirby Briggs (Sonja), father in law Anthony Bianchi and mother in law Eleanor Bianchi, a host of other relatives and countless friends. Warren was preceded in death by his mother Luann Briggs.
Warren was born in Hughes County, South Dakota. He studied political science at the University of South Dakota as well as at the University of Kent at Canterbury, England where he met Kerri. He began his career in municipal finance in New York City. The family relocated to Wake Forest, North Carolina in 2006. Over the course of his career in the municipal finance sector, he developed an expertise in sales and marking of enterprise software.
Warren was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Raleigh, where he was a a member of the Trinity Men for Christ. He also served with the healing prayer team ministry.

A Service of Resurrection and Celebration was held April 7 at t Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Raleigh, NC. The family then received friends at their home in Wake Forest.
